• Which platforms can I migrate from?

  We currently support migrations from Pic-Time, Pixieset, CloudSpot, ShootProof, and PASS Gallery.

• Which plans include migration?

  Migration is included with all paid Aftershoot Galleries plans.

• How much does migration cost?

  You can migrate up to 500 GB at no additional cost. Each additional TB costs $X.

• How do I start my migration?

  Fill out the migration form with details about your current platform and gallery library. Our migration team will then reach out to confirm the details and guide you through the next steps.

• What will be transferred?

  We’ll transfer your JPEG and PNG photos along with supported gallery details, including gallery names, dates, covers, albums, sets, and folder structures.

• Will my videos be migrated?

  Video migration isn’t currently supported. Please download your videos from your current platform and upload them to Aftershoot Galleries once the migration is complete.

• Will my existing galleries be changed or removed?

  No. Your existing galleries will remain unchanged and accessible on your current platform throughout the migration.

• How long does migration take?

  Most migrations are completed within 4–5 days after we confirm access to your account. Larger gallery libraries may take longer.

• What happens once the migration is complete?

  We’ll let you know when your galleries are ready to review in Aftershoot. Once everything looks right, you can decide when to cancel your previous platform subscription.
