The “Websites” mean Aftershoot’s websites (including without limitation aftershoot.com, aftershoot.co, aftershoot.in and any successor URLs, mobile or localized versions and related domains and subdomains). The “Service” means Aftershoot’s applications, software, and other services we provide, now or in the future.

When you visit our website (the "Website"), use our mobile application, as the case may be and more generally, use any of our Services, you trust us with your personal data. This Privacy Policy governs our data collection, processing, and usage practices. It also describes your choices regarding the use, access, and correction of your personal data. By using the Offerings, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. You should not use the Services if you do not agree with the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website and the app with regard to the information that they shared and/or collect in Aftershoot. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website and the Aftershoot desktop app.

When you purchase the Service, we will also collect transaction data to process your payment (one or recurring), which may include your credit card information (including the security code associated with your credit card), company name, billing and mailing address. Our payment service provider is Stripe and they are certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. (3) Feedback Data

This type of data includes quantitative or qualitative information collected from you via customer interviews, surveys, and similar, collected through different channels such as conference calls, phone calls, survey questionnaires, emails, or other similar channels.

The images and the respective edits collected by Aftershoot will be used solely for the purposes of training the Machine Learning models used in Aftershoot.
This data will never be reproduced, resold, or redistributed in any manner and you can contact us at any time to have it deleted forever.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, and any other information you may choose to provide.

When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name and email address.

How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect in various ways, including in order to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
  • Improve, personalize, and expand the Service;
  • Understand and analyze how you use the Service;
  • Develop new products, services, features, and functionality;

Log Files

Aftershoot follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and are a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analysing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

We take our responsibility to protect your personal data very seriously. In this regard, we use physical, technical and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable standards to secure your information from unauthorised access, use, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on Aftershoot, which are sent directly to users’ browser. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.

Note that Aftershoot has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

Aftershoot’s Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. By accessing the Website and using the Service, you agree that Aftershoot is not responsible for the privacy and security practices and policies of any third-party websites, services and applications that you access.

Data Retention Duration

We retain the personal data you provide us for the duration necessary for the purposes for which it is collected, as long as we consider it potentially useful in contacting you, or for the duration required for compliance with applicable law, whichever is longer. We will delete this data from the servers at an earlier date if you so request.
