• How can I claim the early bird discount, and when does it end?

• What happens after the early bird phase?

• What do I get as part of the Complete plan?

  Our Complete plan includes unlimited usage of all three of Aftershoot’s post-processing tools: Select, Edit, and Retouch. With unlimited usage for a flat fee, you can process shoots of any size without worrying about per-image costs.

• I have an existing plan. Am I eligible for the Black Friday offers?

• What image formats does Aftershoot process?

  Aftershoot is compatible with the most common image formats used by photographers. It can efficiently process images in RAW formats, JPEG, or TIFF, providing flexibility and convenience for various photography workflows.

• Does Aftershoot work offline? Is my data safe?

  Yes. Aftershoot works locally on your computer, so you can process your images without depending on cloud uploads or a constant internet connection. That also gives you more control over your files. Our workflows are non-destructive, which means we don’t overwrite your originals, and ratings for RAW workflows are typically written to XMP sidecar files instead of changing the source files themselves.

  Your data is only yours. Images are processed locally on your Windows/Mac, and are never stored on our servers.

  You can opt out before you import your images. We understand many photographers work with NDAs for sensitive shoots, or simply aren’t comfortable sharing data so we offer the opt-out option right on the import screen. No questions, no gray areas.

• What is the Aftershoot Galleries add-on, and will the price go up next year?

  It’s client gallery delivery that you can add to any plan on this page for $25 a year. You get 100 GB of storage for photos and up to 10 minutes of video, so you can deliver galleries, let clients pick favourites, and sell prints, all from Aftershoot.

  The add-on renews at the same $25 every year.

• What’s the 30-day money back promise?
